Busking Day
Ferrara, Italy, hosts a gathering of buskers each August, with hundreds of thousands of attendees. Coffs Harbour, Australia, is home to one of Australia's largest busking celebrations each year in early October. New Zealand holds its (World Busker Festival ) in Hadley Park, Christchurch at the beginning of the year. Ireland's all Ireland busking festival has been held in Newcastle in August of each year since 2001. In Wymondham, Norfolk, UK, a busking day is part of the annual music festival. Singapore has had an annual buskers' festival since 1996. Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada holds its annual International Busker Festival every August.
